48 Hours NO REFUND Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect each of our stylists' time and earnings: Below are our policies and guidelines to review before your next appointment.

Less than 48 hours before - No refund on your deposit

  • More than 48 hours before: 100% refund

  • No show/same day cancelation or reschedule: N0 refund; full service will be charged

  • More than 15 mins late for an appointment: We use our discretion to decide if the service will be canceled and charged in full.

NOTE: Charges for no-shows / late arrivals /cancellations within 48hrs can NOT be credited towards rescheduled appointments.

Please make all Cancelation / Reschedule request through email or by phone.

After 3 cancellations, you cannot rebook unless service is paid for in full beforehand or an appointment is made the day of.
